Please contact your bank for a return date if you need to cancel a ride before we can accept the payment. Since issuing a refund that hasn’t processed on our end of the system is outside of our control. Refunds often requires the bank a few business days, before returning to your account.
For safety and comfort, Kruze X vehicles can accommodate up to four passengers. Kruze XL vehicles can accommodate five to six passengers, depending on the vehicle size. Please do not exceed these limits or ride may not be able to be accommodated.
For rides involving more than two individuals, we permit each person to bring along one suitcase and one carry-on item.
For all rides other than airport transfers, if a driver has been waiting for 5 minutes without receiving any communication from you, the ride will be canceled. You will still be charged the full fare, and if a return trip is required, an additional $10 fee will be applied.
In order to avoid having your appointment cancelled due to safety regulations, if you are not a college student or the parent of a college student, please contact us before booking a ride.

Please be aware that booking a ride for a specific time ensures we will arrive at the time requested. If your flight arrives earlier than scheduled, we may not be able to accommodate an earlier pickup due to other clients and prior bookings.

While we will make every effort to arrive early if possible, we are not responsible for adjusting schedules for early arrivals. We appreciate your understanding, as there are clients scheduled before and after your ride.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for last-minute changes or early arrival requests. Bookings are made for specific times, and we must accommodate other scheduled clients. We will try our best to come earlier if possible, but refunds are not issued if we cannot adjust the schedule.

For all rides, except airport pickups, the first 2 minutes of wait time are complimentary. After 2 minutes, a charge of $0.50 per minute will apply, up to a maximum of 5 minutes. If the driver has waited for 5 minutes without receiving any communication from you, or if you haven’t come out within the allotted time, the ride will be canceled, and you will need to book a new ride.

Please note, if a ride is canceled after the 5-minute wait period, the full fare will still be charged, and an additional $10 fee will apply for rebooking. This policy ensures fair compensation for drivers and smooth operations for all passengers. Thank you for your understanding!
